More about Tiaan


Tiaan has a degree in BA Personnel Psychology from NWU. He then completed a BA (Honns) in Industrial Relations. Tiaan is a member with APSO, the Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisations.

Before starting his own company Tiaan’s career started as Labour Law Consultant in 1996, he then worked as Business Development Executive at Europcar. He accepted a position as Key Accounts Manager for BTI Connex and then ADCORP in 2001 and 2004. Teleresources then offered him a position as National Sales Manager. But in 2008 he started working for Glomal in Human Resource Development which was his forte and what he had envisioned for himself. In 2011 ManpowerGroup offered him a position as General Manager and he was soon swooped up by Primeserv Group to act as General Manager for them. But in 2016 he decided to follow his dream and open his own consulting firm in Pretoria where he does Labour Relations, Human Resources and Recruitment.
